Return & Exchange Policy

Basic Return Terms

MYCHWAY offers a 30-day return guarantee from the date of receipt. Returns/exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions after contacting Customer Service:

• 1. Products received damaged
• 2. Incorrect items or quantity received
• 3. Products received with expired shelf life
• 4. Customer-initiated returns require shipping fee payment (based on courier rates)
  ※For defective products due to our fault, we cover return shipping costs

※For cases 1 & 2, please contact us within the same day of receipt
※Only unopened items can be returned (sale items, opened products, used items, or items with human-caused damage cannot be returned)

Return Acceptance Period

Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of delivery completion.
Return conditions:
- Must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) required

※Prior contact with Customer Service to obtain "Return Authorization Number" is required

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of ordering.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days - only cancellations before shipment can be accepted.
Cancellations after shipment aren't possible, but returns upon receipt are allowed (subject to return conditions).

Refund Delays/Missing Refunds

About refund processing:
1. First recheck your bank account records
2. Check processing time with credit card company (typically 3-5 business days)
3. Check financial institution processing time (2-7 business days)
