For unused products with all original packaging and accessories included, refunds are available if returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns must include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Return Process
■ For Registered Members
- 1. Log in to your account
- 2. Select the item you wish to return from "Order History" and click "Return"
- 3. Select quantity, fill in required fields including "Return Reason" and "Preferred Resolution", then submit request
- 4. Receive confirmation email of request submission (this is not your RMA yet)
- 5. Upon approval, a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be emailed
■ For Guest Purchases
- 1. Enter Order ID, full name, email address (or device model number) and click "Continue"
- 2. Select "Return" below your Order ID
- 3. Choose return items, quantity, reason, product condition, and preferred resolution from dropdown menus
- 4. Receive confirmation email of request submission
- 5. Receive RMA email upon approval
- 6. Complete return procedure following instructions in RMA
