You don't need to be an expert to start importing products from China.

Simply place your order on our website to see the shipping cost for your items — the price depends on quantity, weight, and destination.

After payment, we typically ship within 1 business day.

Products ship directly from warehouses in China, the USA, or factories and arrive in just a few days.

You'll receive professionally packaged products right at your doorstep.

How quickly will I receive my products?

The time from payment to delivery (to you or your customer) is typically 4-8 days.

Order processing, picking/packing at warehouse, dispatch: 1-3 business days for orders up to 50 units.

Current shipping times by service:

DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT: 3-5 days.

EMS: 4-6 days.

Air Mail: 3-10 days.

How are products shipped from China?

We ship your products via air courier.

Courier selection depends on destination country, but DHL, FedEx and UPS are available for most countries.

EMS and TNT are also available for some countries.

Small orders may be shipped very cheaply via Air Mail. This option will appear automatically during checkout if product weight is not too high.

Your carrier pick-up: For wholesale orders, we can arrange collection by your freight forwarder or offer competitive rates for air/sea freight.

Receiving Your Order

We guarantee successful delivery of your order.

Couriers require recipient signature upon delivery — the fastest and most secure receipt method.

It's crucial to provide complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact phone number. For dropshipping orders, provide your customer's contact number.

Air Courier Shipping

After dispatch from myChway's Shenzhen (China) warehouse, cargo moves to Hong Kong or Guangzhou airport, then to a logistics hub nearest you. From there, local courier services complete delivery.

Customs/Import

Customs clearance is handled by the courier. Occasionally they may contact you for shipment details. If additional documentation is required, myChway will provide full support. Any local taxes/duties will be calculated when goods enter your country: usually nothing is due, but if required, you'll receive a small invoice upon delivery.

What does shipping cost?

If a shipment is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before delivery, we'll work directly with the courier to investigate and arrange refund or reshipment at no additional cost to you.

International Shipping & Regulations

We ship worldwide to virtually any location globally.

Please note you're responsible for verifying product legality in your country. We aren't liable for goods confiscated by local authorities or related costs.

Customs clearance is performed by the destination country's courier service (sometimes in transit countries). You must be available for any inquiries. Familiarize yourself with your country's regulations before ordering.

Most countries have simple import procedures! You might need to pay VAT (sales tax) or import duty upon delivery, but the vast majority of shipments from China arrive without issues!

Please read product descriptions carefully! We'll ship exactly what you order. While we manually review all orders for potential mismatches, we don't accept returns for properly functioning items that were simply ordered incorrectly.

Shipping timelines: If delays occur due to inventory shortages, we'll email you to discuss partial shipments, product substitutions, or other solutions. Large orders exceeding our stock may ship 1 week later while we await factory replenishment—we'll notify you of any delays. Certain situations (like first-time dropshipping to non-registered addresses) may require verification, adding 1-3 days to processing time.
