We strive to ensure constant website availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation for any reason. We reserve the right to temporarily close the website for scheduled maintenance, attempting to minimize downtime. PRICES
Prices on Mychway are displayed in US dollars and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and added to the product costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, which will be communicated during order placement. If our website displays an obviously incorrect price for any reason (employee error, technical failure, etc.) that wasn't corrected by checkout completion, the order will be canceled and payment refunded (even if initially confirmed).
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
After order confirmation and payment receipt, we will make every effort to fulfill it. If a product is out of stock after payment, we will refund the amount within 30 days from the payment date. If an order contains temporarily unavailable items, we will ship available items first. The remaining order will be shipped as items become available, with shipping costs refunded. For unavailable products, we will offer a comparable replacement in quality and price. After accepting the replacement, if you decide to return the item according to return conditions, Mychway covers the return shipping costs. If you decline the replacement and the original product is no longer available, we will refund payment for unavailable items.
SECURE PAYMENT METHODS
Currently, Mychway only accepts payment through PayPal. This payment method uses SSL encryption technology to secure transactions. There are no additional fees for you (Mychway pays the merchant fee, and you as buyer pay no fee). Therefore no extra costs are added to your order. DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered to the address specified during checkout. Products purchased on Mychway can be delivered to the same address anywhere in the world.
Mychway makes every effort to comply with delivery times indicated on the website. However, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by actions of third-party delivery services, customer actions, or unforeseen circumstances including natural disasters. For undelivered packages, we will conduct a joint investigation with the carrier. The investigation may take several days. No refunds or reshipments will be processed during the investigation period.
RIGHT OF RETURN
Items must be returned by registered mail. We recommend contracting a carrier and insuring the package for the product value. This is necessary in case of loss or damage by the carrier. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The right of return applies only to items returned in original condition. Damaged items, items not in original packaging, or packaging damaged after opening cannot be returned. The specified period is calculated from the order receipt date.
ABOUT REFUNDS:
- If items are returned within 7 days of delivery, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
